Shipping policy
Delivery charges: Delivery is R75 for all orders anywhere in South Africa or collection from our offices which is free.
Order dispatch time:
We aim to ship out your order as fast as possible. Please allow a minimum of 2 working days before your order is dispatched. Orders are dispatched immediately after payment clears.
Order delivery time:
To Kwa-Zulu Natal: Delivery will be within 24 after dispatch of order.
To Gauteng: Delivery will be within 24 to 48 hours after dispatch of order.
To Coastal Cities: Delivery will be within 48 to 72 hours after dispatch of order.
To all outlying locations: Delivery will be within 72 hours after dispatch or order.
General notes on delivery:
Please keep in mind that events beyond our control could result in delayed delivery. All orders delivered via The courier guy are insured up to the value of R1000 ; if you would like to take additional insurance on your order please contact us on info@prettypicks.co.za.
