Returns

Items correctly supplied as per order cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded due to hygienic reasons. Cancellation of orders by the client after payment has been made will attract a 5% administration fee that will be deducted before you are refunded (please note that you will only be refunded after payment has cleared into our account). Pre-orders cannot be cancelled after they have been placed. Gift cards purchased cannot be refunded.

Damaged orders

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately within 24 hours of receipt of the parcel if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and correct it .In the event of an incorrect product being received ,the product must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened/ unused, and in its original packaging. All items are checked before they are dispatched to ensure that they are in perfect condition.

We cannot take responsibility for any damaged items if we are not notified within the stipulated 24 hours. If you have any queries please drop us an email and we will resolve it as fast as possible.
